POSDrive is a freelance multi-store retail management SaaS platform. It is designed to centralize business operations and provide a maintainable foundation for managing stores, sales, inventory and related workflows.

As Technical Lead, I contribute to system architecture, technical planning, development coordination and delivery workflows.
The Problem
Multi-store businesses need consistent operational data and reliable workflows across locations. Disconnected systems make inventory visibility, store coordination and application maintenance more difficult.
The Solution
POSDrive provides a centralized SaaS architecture for managing retail operations across multiple stores. The platform combines a modern web application, backend services and automated deployment workflows.
